Very much appreciate the customer service. Definitely 5 stars. Would love to see a 24-26 inch mixed curl pattern. I would also like to see a tripled thick weft so you don’t have to stack so many to get the volume. Maybe in a genius weft. Other then the above suggestions The hair is lovely, color stays throughout washings.

Exquisite hair

This is the best hair I have ever purchased. It is silky straight does not tangle and is full and soft there is no shedding and the genius web is truly genius. It is thin and does not show and believe me My hair is really thin. The fact that they offer 14 inches also wonderful because that is hard to find with many other companies. Also hair arrives quickly very quickly. I wished I had found this company years ago when I think of the amount of money that I have waste it just makes me cringe. I am now getting ready to purchase the shampoo and conditioner. I highly recommend this company don’t hesitate. You can’t go wrong.
