Unable To Print Return Label

If you submitted a request for a return label, but the print label button is not working, allowing popups and redirects in your browser settings will allow you to printer. Please watch the short video below to see how to adjust your browser settings.

Click on the site settings icon in your browser . The icon can look different based on the browser you are using

Click Website Settings

Find the Pop Up Windows or Pop-Ups And Redirects field

Select Allow instead of block. Refresh your page and the Print Label should now work. If this does not fix your issue, please contact us at support@simplyhairco.com.
