Select the items being returned, the quantity, and the reason for return. Press the submit request button and proceed to print your return shipping label.

4. Ship Your Return Back To Us

Print and attach the return label to the outside of your return box and take it to your nearest carrier.

30 days after the order's ship date.

No, all items must be in brand new condition and be in its original packaging. If return items do not meet these terms, the returned items will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

A $10 fee is deducted from your return for the use of our label. You can avoid this $10 label fee if you make a replacement order due to an incorrect color, length, or if there was an issue from Simply Hair Co's end.

We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally

You may ship the returns back using your own shipping option, however, we recommend that you send your package with tracking and insurance as Simply Hair Co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. All liability for the return items shipped by the customer's own method is on the customer.

PROCESSING TIME

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT guarantee to ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 2 business days, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
